At Dealer Mirage, we value your trust and are committed to transparency regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information. This Privacy Policy explains how Dealer Mirage ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares basic authentication information obtained through your use of Facebook OAuth to access our services. When you log in to Dealer Mirage using Facebook OAuth, we collect basic authentication information provided by Facebook and Stripe, which may include:

  • Facebook user ID
  • Other publicly available information you have authorized Facebook to share

We do not collect or store sensitive information such as passwords or other credentials used to access your Facebook account.

We do not collect Facebook marketplace item information, uploaded market data, nor user browsing behavior. Authentication and verification of user subsriptions are done through Supabase, and the basic authentication information is kept in that service's database.

2. Use of Information

Dealer Mirage reserves the right to utilize the basic authentication information collected through Facebook and Stripe for the following purposes:

  • To authenticate and provide access to our services
  • To personalize your experience on our platform
  • To communicate with you about our services, updates, or promotions
  • To analyze usage trends and improve our services
  • For any other purpose we deem necessary to operate our business, as permitted by applicable law

3. Disclosure of Information

Dealer Mirage may share or disclose the basic authentication information collected through Facebook or Stripe with third parties, including but not limited to:

  • Service providers who assist in operating our platform
  • Business partners for marketing or analytics purposes
  • Other entities as required by law or to protect our rights

Dealer Mirage is not liable for any disclosure, dissemination, or misuse of your basic authentication information by third parties or as a result of unauthorized access, security breaches, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Your Choices

You may choose to delete your Dealer Mirage subscription. You may request that your subscription information be deleted from the Dealer Mirage Stripe and cloud databases, and Dealer Mirage will attempt to do so to the extent that is allowable under US tax law.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect the basic authentication information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Dealer Mirage is not responsible for any unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of your information.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
